At Dermalogica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Dermalogica.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service and submitted via our Returns Portal.

Please contact customer service within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order. This must be submitted via our automated Returns Portal if you have any difficulties using the portal, please contact our customer services team at ecomcustomerservice@dermalogica.com.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Submit your return via our automated Returns Portal If prompted you will be asked to upload a photo of your item. Dermalogica will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
  2. Our customer service team will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. Dermalogica does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
  3. If a collection is needed these are within the 9am-5pm Monday to Friday time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available and present for the collection to take place.

Refunds must be made via DPD as per the Returns Portal process. We cannot refund postage.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
